Had car towed to ecp. Explained the problem. They had it diagnosed and repaired the next day. Clean shop, very nice people. Did a thorough inspection of the car. Told them to fix the worst problem, tie rods were shot. They had it fixed the next day. Thanks to joe (mgr), john and max. Would definitely recommend ecp to anyone.

If you need your car repaired, you have found the right place. Joe and his team are amazing! I came in with a quote from Ford and was praying that whatever they find and quote me wasn’t as much. I stopped by no appointment and he had my car looked at within an hour. I got a quote that was more than half the cost from the dealership. He fixed the first issue (need a part for the second one) and I could immediately tell the difference. Will take all my business here from now on.

This is a great company. Rides to and from home were prompt and respectful of the best time for me. Explanations of the pictures supplied and the needed repairs, were given clearly. I am grateful for their patience when I asked them to explain my options.

Drove my car to ECP Auto without an appointment because of a grinding noise I was hearing from the underside of the vehicle. I was about to take the car on a long road trip and wanted to get it checked out asap. They said they could look at it right away and they would let me know. They called me a short while later and said the car checked out fine and couldn’t find anything major wrong with it. They said there was a little surface rust on the brake rotors and asked if it had been awhile since the car had been driven. I replied that it had been a while. They said after a little driving and braking the rust should wear off and the noise should go away, and sure enough, that’s what happened. They didn’t charge me for this work. While they still had the car I asked if they could do an oil change, and they said yes. Of course I was charged a reasonable price for the oil change. I was just really impressed with their quick service, and their honesty and integrity, and not trying to sell me any unnecessary repairs. I would go back to ECP for future auto service, and based on this experience I would highly recommend them to anyone else as well.

Had to get my AC compressor replaced and they did a great job. Got me in quickly, or super courteous, even picked me up when the job was done. Thanks to Joe and the team for making my car cool again! Will definitely be back for future car needs.
